𝔸𝕓𝕠𝕦𝕥 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕓𝕠𝕠𝕜 :- Alex and Poppy are two best friends with polar opposite personalities. Alex likes to stay at home and read while Poppy doesn't like to be in one place for long. These two have a yearly ritual of going on a week long summer vacation until one summer when everything went wrong and they stopped talking to each other. Now after two years Poppy convinces Alex for one more try.

𝕄𝕪 𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕦𝕘𝕙𝕥𝕤 :- This is my first ever Emily Henry book and the title seemed apt considering I'm on vacation too. From the start I liked how witty the dialogues and characters were. The chemistry between the two was sizzling. This book had all the tropes that I dislike from friends to lovers, flashbacks, and miscommunication but it didn't bother me that much in this story. I didn't like the dumb reason why they stopped talking for 2 years and why there wasn't an Alex pov that was disappointing.
Overall it was a light read and I liked the summer vibes of the story. I'll probably read other books by the author in the future too.
