𝓗𝓪𝓾𝓷𝓽𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓐𝓭𝓮𝓵𝓲𝓷𝓮 ( 𝓬𝓪𝓽 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓶𝓸𝓾𝓼𝓮 𝓭𝓾𝓮𝓽 𝓫𝓸𝓸𝓴 𝓼𝓮𝓻𝓲𝓮𝓼 ) 𝓫𝔂 𝓗.𝓓. 𝓒𝓪𝓻𝓵𝓽𝓸𝓷

𝔸𝕓𝕠𝕦𝕥 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕓𝕠𝕠𝕜 :- This duology is a dark romance. Zade is obsessed with Adeline from the very first time he sees her. He then stalks her and breaks into her house. Adeline is a famous author who seems to attract all the bad guys including the anti hero Zade who ironically is a saviour of others while he stalks the fmc. There is a mysterious subplot that runs alongside the current timeline which is very intriguing.

𝕄𝕪 𝕥𝕙𝕠𝕦𝕘𝕙𝕥𝕤 :-
Sometimes there comes a book that would make you question the sanity of its reader, this is that sort of book. I know there is a huge fan base for this duology but I just cannot understand the appeal and it's not because of the genre I've read plenty of dark romances but I don't enjoy reading something this graphic.

The first book is better, don't get me wrong it has its questionable moments but compared to the second its setting is more entertaining. It has gothic horror with a paranormal mystery theme which I liked about this book.
The second book is just traumatizing to read. It's safe to say I am now scarred for life after reading graphic violence. If I had read the TW before starting this series I would not have read it.

PS:- I was not planning to write a review about this duology because I generally don't write a negative review but I felt there should be a different review considering its theme.
