If you use social media you know this book. I had no plans of reading this book, it wasn’t even on my tbr. But that’s the power of bookstagram and I ended up buying it and finished reading it in two days.

Olive is fed up with her friend pressuring her to date, when she has no intentions of doing it. So she tells a lie about having a boyfriend and now she has to prove to her friend that she actually has one and enters our grumpy professor Adam. As they start to get to know each other they realize how prejudiced their opinions were and how similar they really are.

The love hypothesis is an easy and fun read and I’d have read it in a day if I had the time. The slow burn romance does feel lagging for a bit and that’s the only criticism I have for this book. Overall the characters and plot are nice and easy to read.
